Computer System Specialist
Our Information Technology department is seeking a Computer System Specialist to support our computing software and hardware infrastructure in an office, manufacturing, warehouse and remote worker environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
This is a senior help desk position that requires experience supporting end-users, managing help desk calls, identifying and resolving software and hardware conflicts.
The ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience supporting Information Technology in a business environment, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Exchange, Active Directory, CAD, Labeling programs, custom applications and their associated hardware.
An A.S. degree in Information Technology, professional certifications or equivalent experience is required. Knowledge of computer controlled manufacturing and warehousing systems and experience with Office 2007 is a plus.
Sales Representative
Sonnax Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team of sales professionals.
As the successful candidate, you will have at least two years experience in sales and account management in selling to small or medium-sized businesses.
As a self starter, you will initiate and follow through on projects, while maintaining a clear focus on growing sales and customer service. A background in the automotive repair market and/or fluency in foreign languages will be a plus.
As a Sonnax Sales Representative, you must have the ability to function as part of a team. Within that team, you will collaborate with our extensive sales, marketing and technical resources so that you can effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Your core responsibility will be to service current customer accounts as well as to develop new accounts in a dynamic automotive marketplace.
You will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent telephone skills. Computer literacy in programs such as Microsoft Office is required. Based in our Bellow Falls, VT. headquarters, some travel may be expected of you.
Solving problems on our customers' behalf is central to the Sonnax way of doing business. We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges!
Education:
At minimum, an associate’s degree is required. A bachelor's degree is highly desirable; educational experience in engineering and/or business is also advantageous.
